Kohler subsidiary offers practical training to UK students
Kohler subsidiary Uninterruptible Power Supplies Ltd, has announced that it will hold free practical courses for graduates and new engineers.
The course, developed by the company’s in-house technical team, will begin with a ups revision session before moving on to batteries and sizing of ups systems.
The free course is the first stage in the company’s long term goal of developing a range of educational tools. A spokesman for the company says they hope to be able to offer training both through events and online in the future, but that that is “probably 12 months away.”
The first course was held in mid-May, the next available class will be on 1 and 2 July at the company’s headquarters in Hampshire, UK.
